Shingles is a skin disease which is caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox. It is self limiting disease which heals automatically and therefore there is no immediate medicinal
cure for shingles. Shingles first appears in the
form of skin rashes which later take the shape
of blisters.
Eventually the
blisters are filled up with fluids. After a
period of one to two weeks the blisters result
in skin crusts and the skin begins the healing

However as shingles is a painful diseases accompanied by burning and itching sensation and an excruciating pain therefore it is essential to get some cure for the symptoms.
Although shingles may last as long as 14 days yet with the help of a few remedies you can get relief from the symptoms to some extent. If you are experience pain and burning sensation then you should put ice bags on the affected areas. This will give e you temporary yet much needed relief.

cure for shingles. This is because stressful situations tend to increase the symptoms. Therefore, meditation and Yoga may help. The doctor may also prescribe some sedatives and anti itching ointments to relieve the uneasiness.
